Alocasia ‘Zebrina’ Albo is a striking cultivar known for its elongated, arrow-shaped leaves and distinctive banded petioles. Foliage is medium to deep green with crisp white variegation appearing as splashes, marbling, or sectoral patches across the leaf surface. The leaves have a smooth, slightly glossy texture with defined veins, while the upright growth highlights the characteristic zebra-patterned stems. It thrives in bright indirect light to maintain variegation, high humidity, and a well-draining, airy substrate. Water when the top of the soil is dry, being careful not to overwater, as Alocasia ‘Zebrina’ is sensitive to waterlogged soil.
Highly variegated leaves are prone to browning and may be more vulnerable during the shipping process. Alocasia grow new leaves and drop older leaves more frequently than other plants.
