The Small Form Monstera deliciosa Albo Variegated, often called ‘Borsigiana,’ is a fast-growing, vining plant with longer internodes that create a flexible climbing structure and smooth petioles. It produces bold, sectoral variegation earlier and more consistently than the larger, self-heading form, making it ideal for moss poles and vertical training. Native to tropical forests from southern Mexico to Central America, its iconic fenestrated leaves develop as it matures, adding texture and dimension. It thrives in bright, indirect light with well-draining, chunky aroid-style soil and prefers to dry slightly between waterings, while moderate to high humidity encourages healthy growth and helps maintain its striking variegation.

Highly variegated leaves are prone to browning and may be more vulnerable during the shipping process. The mother plant shown is not for sale.
