Alocasia ‘Nebula’ Aurea Variegated is a rare yellow-variegated form of Alocasia nebula known for its compact size and thick, heavily textured foliage. The leaves are broad and heart-shaped with a firm, almost leathery feel, featuring a deep blue-green to silvery charcoal base and prominent raised venation. Aurea variegation appears as irregular splashes, marbling, or bold sectoral patches in warm yellow to golden tones, standing out against the cool, metallic surface and emphasizing the dramatic vein structure. Each leaf develops its own balance of dark saturation and luminous yellow patterning.
This cultivar grows upright from a central corm and performs best in bright, indirect light with evenly moist, well-draining soil, elevated humidity, and warm, stable conditions to maintain steady growth and clear variegation.
