Rhaphidophora tetrasperma Albo Variegated is a rare variegated form of Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, often referred to as the Mini Monstera. The foliage has a medium to deep green base with clean white albo variegation expressed as marbling, splashes, or larger sectoral patches, creating strong contrast across the split leaves. Variegation can vary significantly from leaf to leaf, making each plant unique. As the plant matures and climbs, leaf size and fenestration become more pronounced.
This plant thrives in 50–80% humidity; lower humidity can lead to browning or crispy edges on the white variegated areas. Water when the top inch of soil is dry, as it is highly prone to root rot in soggy conditions. A chunky, well-draining aroid mix with bark and perlite is recommended. It has a vigorous vining growth habit and benefits from vertical support, growing best in bright, indirect light and warm, stable conditions.
